Office Manager

Welcome to our practice! I’ve been handing the operations of Wackford Dental since 2006. I have advanced knowledge of every aspect of the dental office that enables me to provide broad guidance and training for our practice. I’ll work hard to assure that things run seamlessly and our patients and staff members are happy.
I appreciate how positive the environment is here. We all work extremely well together to provide the best service for you. Our staff is very warm and inviting. I love the positive energy felt by everyone and I really appreciate the attentive care our Doctors and team strive to provide as individuals and collectively to each patient.
In my spare time I enjoy being with family and Friends. I love traveling and watching movies!

Insurance / Patient Coordinator

I have been part of Wackford Dental since 2016. I started working in the Dental field in 2013. I have worked, in the past, as a back office Dental Assistant and now love to work front office as an insurance/patient coordinator. I enjoy working one to one with patients, developing relationships as I present their treatment recommendations but also care for the whole person, beyond their dental health. I am glad to be part of a practice and team that treat patients well and deliver excellent dentistry.
In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family, especially my nieces whom I adore.

Schedule Coordinator

My job is to make our patients’ dental appointments fit as easily and conveniently into their busy schedules as possible. I understand that our patients have many obligations, from work to school to family, so I do my best to make their appointments at a time that is best for them. I’m also available to follow up on any questions or concerns they may have with regard to their dental treatment. At the end of the day, I know I’ve succeeded when I see our patients leave the office feeling good about themselves and their smile. During my leisure hours, I am dedicated to spending quality time with my family. I also grow my own vegetables, so I can often be found working in my garden.

Registered Dental Assistant / Front Administrator

I graduated as a Dental Assistant in 2015 and I joined Wackford Dental in May 2017. After few months assisting our Doctors I gained practice and I was able to obtain my license has a Registered Dental Assistant in 2018. I strive to make every patient happy and comfortable during their appointment while assisting and as a receptionist, I am bilingual and I’m happy to help our Spanish speaking patients understand our Doctors extensive procedures.
I love to spend my free time hiking and spending time with my family.

I graduated from Sacramento City College in 2011. I have been with Wackford dental April 2018. I enjoy working with our team and doctors. I enjoy meeting all of our patients and making them feel comfortable in the dental setting.
My free time is spent with my two children and my grandson. I enjoy cooking, gardening and the outdoors.

Hygienist

I have been in the Dental field for 4 years. I first completed my associate degree in Dental Hygiene program at Sacramento City College graduating at the top of our hygienist class in May 2015. I joined Wackford Dental family in October 2015 and I had been providing top tier care to our patients ever since. I enjoyed talking to our patients about dental care or oral hygiene. I do my absolute best in helping patients improved their oral hygiene.
I like to travel and spend time with my family and friends. My hobbies consist of playing video games, collecting marvel/DC/Anime figures, painting and drawing. Someday I would like to learn how to play the guitar and piano.

Registered Dental Assistant, EF2

I help to ensure our patients’ comfort, answer any questions a patient might have, and assist our dentists in all aspects of treatment as a Register Dental Assistant with Extended Functions. My great sense of humor can lighten the mood of even the most anxious patient. Seeing them smile at the end of their dental treatment, and knowing I had some part in that is a really wonderful feeling.
In the summertime, my free time is spent keeping active outdoors, water skiing, and rock climbing, and the winter months are spent enjoying the snow with my family.

I work alongside Dr. Salem and Dr. Elsemary with all aspects of our patients’ care. Working in the dental field has been a great experience, and it’s so fulfilling to help people feel good about their smile! Everyone on our team works so well together. We want each patient to feel like they’re truly at home when they’re in our office.
I am happily married and have one child. My free time is spent time with my son and watching movies. I also speak four languages!

I graduated with a degree in philosophy and human resource development in college. Being a dental auxiliary since 2005 I admit it’s rewarding to help and understand human nature way and health. I support my team in a prompt and professional manner at Wackford Dental as well as the Dentist who I work with. The help I provide for the patient is my core rationality why I persist learning and developing every day.
My greatest hobby is working on cars, taking the engine out when I’m bored and put it back in to see them fire up like a charm. I love to hang out with my son and wife. My family is my all-pervading entity in this world. Going places with my family helps me explore serenity and love in life.
